Securing the Base in Holders

The base is shaped to fit standard 7/8-inch sockets. If your holder runs slightly wide and the candle leans, trim a small piece of wax at the base edge or place a drop of warm wax in the socket base to anchor the stick straight upright.

Clean Burn Behavior and Care

Follow these guidelines to prevent wax drops and ensure an even burn:

• Eliminate Drafts: Paraffin wax burns dripless only in draft-free spaces. Air movement from fans, vents, or open doors tilts the flame, breaking the wax edge and causing runs.
• Trim Wick before Lighting: Keep the cotton wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to maintain a small, flicker-free flame.
• Store Flat and Cool: Keep unused tapers flat in a cool location below 70°F (21°C) to prevent softening or warping.
