Tips for the Best Burn

Want your pillars to burn evenly all the way down without tunneling? Just follow these quick tips:

Let it pool on the first light: When you light a pillar for the first time, let it burn long enough for the melted wax pool to reach almost all the way to the outer edges (usually about an hour per inch of width). This sets the candle's "memory" so it burns straight down evenly next time.
Keep them out of drafts: Paraffin wax loves still air. Keep your candles away from open windows, ceiling fans, or AC vents to prevent the flame from leaning and causing wax to run down the sides.
Trim the wick: Snip your cotton wick down to a quarter-inch before every burn to keep the flame small, happy, and smoke-free.
