Sizing and Holder Compatibility

The base is designed to fit standard 7/8-inch candlestick holders. If your holder is slightly oversized and the candle feels loose, shave a tiny amount of wax from the base or use a drop of melted wax at the socket floor to secure the stick straight upright.

Clean Burn Behavior and Care

To maintain clean burn performance and prevent wax running down the stick:

• Keep Air Still: Paraffin wax burns dripless only in calm air. Direct airflow from open windows, air conditioning units, or passing foot traffic tilts the flame, melting the outer rim and causing wax drops.
• Trim the Wick: Keep the cotton wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before lighting to prevent smoking and soot.
• Keep Cool: Store tapers flat in a cool room below 70°F (21°C) to prevent softening or bending prior to use.
